When a client comes to us for help with planning their events, we just adore having to choose the right venue for their magnificent day. We especially love site visits, when all you see is an empty space, and you let your imagination run wild.
When it comes to choosing a venue for your event, it is really important to keep in mind a few pointers. Make sure it is appropriate size for your event, not too big nor small. A small venue might feel too cramped for you and your guests to roam around. A too large venue might make the space feel too cold and empty, even if it is decorated right. Make sure the space or venue works for your event, consider the lighting, the entrance, the convenience of getting to and naturally the parking for your guests. If your event is in day time, then make sure to notice the natural light in the room. As well as very important to see if the space will work well with the decor you might have in mind. Do not be shy to ask questions and explore as many options as possible, read reviews of previous events and do your research on the venue of your choice.
